Enjoy a stay in this stylishly designed bedroom in a beautiful period townhouse in an amazing central location - you can walk to the Cathedral Green or Guildhall shopping centre in less than ten minutes. The bedroom, on the ground floor, has an en-suite bathroom with king-size bed, shower, working space, TV and generous storage, including a built-in wardrobe space. You also benefit from access to a fully-featured shared kitchen and washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is a beautiful turn of the century building with a number of rooms that are let to AirBnB guests - guests access the building by a code entry system on the front door and can access their room key from a key safe on the room door. Guests share a well equipped kitchen and have access to a washing machine in the main kitchen and can use a tumble dryer as well. There is fibre-speed broadband throughout the building and all rooms have a dedicated work desk.

If you’re visiting the centre of Exeter, I’d recommend this room. We didn’t get to see the kitchen so can’t comment but room and en-suite was spotlessly clean. Thanks for the biscuits and chocolates. Would stay again.
Great apartment,exactly what we were after. Felt like a home from home. Accommodation was well presented,fully equipped kitchen ,very clean and tidy. I highly recommend.
Ideal for short stay when you need a clean place, good value and 10minutes walk away from the centre. We were there to see a band so it was perfect for us. The main building looks to be a combination of Airbnb and possible long term room rentals done a high standard. We were in a side room on the ground floor but it was quite from the outside. There can be noise from people coming in and out into the early hours which was ok for us as we were out for an evening of music but if you want a quite nights stay at the weekend it may not be for you. It was five stars from us as fitted in just right with our plans. 😊
