Neighborhood Etiquette: Our house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. Please enjoy the house, but keep noise levels to a reasonable level. Speakers and loud music are not allowed in the property. Excessive noise is prohibited by the City of Philadelphia and violators are subject to fines and penalties. Quite hours are 10pm to 8am per city ordinance. Absolutely no parties allowed per AirBnB policy.
Private parking garage for one medium sized vehicle. There is additional street parking on the street and a parking garage are nearby. Everything the city has to offer is a short walk or uber ride away.

In the winter, you will often find us enjoying our south Florida home or a ski trip to our Poconos home.
