Great location for our family to enjoy time together, as opposed to having several separate hotel rooms. The house was adequately supplied with cooking pots/pans, utensils, dishes, flatware, coffee and typical spices. Very clean. My mother enjoyed the nice welcome 'Mother's Day' amenities. This was our first experience using Airbnb. Normally we would book a hotel, but I have new restrictions on diet so needed a place where I could eat what I needed and not have to go out for every meal. It was so much more convenient. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. We had some family come stay with us a few days and they loved it as well. The neighborhood is very quiet , and peaceful. Phong is a wonderful host. He was super responsive with any questions we had and very friendly. We would love to stay there again and most likely will. Thank you for a wonderful experience Phong!

This rental is beautiful! The home is very clean! Modern furnishings, close to Del Prado restaurants, well stocked with cleaning and laundry supplies! We had 6 adults (2 couple, 2 singles), everyone had their own space, all were very comfortable. There are some other reviews referencing the jacuzzi… initially we didn’t know how to turn it on, but Hoang was very helpful and got us taken care of. Hoang is VERY responsive and attentive. Thank you for the hospitality, highly recommend!

This was one of my favorite stays hands down! The place was impeccable and all the amenities listed were spotless. I went with my parents along with my brother, his wife and my husband to celebrate my mom's birthday and we have a memorable weekend. We spent most of our time sunbathing, grilling and eating outdoors. The beds were super comfy and the master bathroom shower was DIVINE! I would def come back to Phong's house on our next family weekend gateway!

We were so happy to get the chance to visit and have such an amazing property to stay at. The house was exactly as described and the little touches were appreciated. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs to be able to go out and run a bit and enjoy the outdoors. Everything was so well kept and the privacy the home has for the outdoor areas was perfect with the hurricane shutters. It is almost as if you end up with another living space when putting them down. I can’t say enough amazing things and their communication was what any Airbnb owner should demonstrate. We will definitely stay again when coming to Ft. Myers for work or pleasure!
