There is a breakfast bar that leads through to the open-plan dining room and then into a gorgeous sunroom with doors out to the garden. Through an inner hallway and down one step is the cosy lounge, with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, and a warming wood burner for the cooler months. Upstairs, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a four-poster king-size bed and en-suite shower room and one twin.
