Scott is an absolut Superhost!!! We highly recommend to stay at this lovely homestay. We felt like home right from the beging and had a very warm Welcome. Scott is very helpful with organizing taxi, transfers and tours. We had the pleasure to do guided tour with Scott, which was one of my highlights of the trip. Thanks to Scott and his family for this awesome experience!

Our stay in Ninh Binh was the rainiest part of our trip by far but Thanh and his family (complete with their wonderful dog Binh) made it one of our favourite places to stay. They made sure we were able to still get out to see some of the best that Ninh Binh has to offer including the hang Mua lookout, trang An, and the bai Dinh pagoda. Thanh is extremely knowledgeable on how to help first time tourists in Vietnam, he even found us a train ticket when the website said there were none left! When we weren’t out exploring, their place was a very relaxing and beautiful place to spend our time! We recommend eating at the homestay, we loved all the delicious meals and they treated us like part of the family. We rocked out some karaoke and probably hurt some ears but we had a blast doing so. Lots of good memories in Ninh Binh, will for sure be coming back!

Can not fault my stay at all here, clean, good food, helpful team would definitely recommend. Scott the host was helpful to arrange airport transfers, day trips etc and made us feel very much at home

Die Unterkunft besteht aus eigenständigen kleinen Häusern. Die Lage ist es etwas abseits aber daher schön ruhig. Man bekommt einen Roller um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend erkunden zu können (gegen Aufpreis und Tanken). Das Häuschen war geräumig mit einem großen Bett und eigenem Bad (mit Klimaanlage). Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Es gab die Möglichkeit essen gwkocht zu bekommen und es gab Frühstück. Das Abendessen war immer sehr lecker (lecker Tofu, als Vegetarier können wir über das Fleisch nichts sagen). Es war etwas ungünstig für uns, aber gut für alle die uns folgen werden, es wurde gerade ein neuer Pool fertiggestellt. Für uns doof, da wir morgens sehr früh duech Baulärm aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden. Aber der Pool war fast fertig als wir wieder gefahren sind. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, sehr netter Gastgeber und jederzeit gerne wieder.

Scott’s place was amazing. The room was spotlessly clean, the bathroom was lovely and the room was really spacious which exceeded my expectations. Staying in the same space as Scott’s family was amazing and we were provided with delicious meals (his wife’s fried rice is the best we’ve had in Vietnam) east motorbike rental and hand-crafted itineraries with recommendations for our stay in Ninh Binh. Not only was the place spotless, and beautiful but Scott went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would 10/10 recommend. *there was some quiet/out of the way construction happening BUT it never interfered with our stay and it’s for a really special addition to the property for future travellers :)
