Sanderstead is a beautiful, green, affluent and safe neighbourhood near to the centre of London (23 minutes by train) and countryside. Shops, pubs and restaurants and beautiful woodland on the door step. Golf courses are a 10 minutes drive away.

Sanderstead train station is less 1 minute walk from our property and the bus stop is just outside the front of the house. The train takes you into the hustle and bustle of the centre of London in just 23 minutes so the location couldn’t be any better! You benefit from the green and leafy suburban feel of Sanderstead for a quiet and peaceful night’s sleep but you can be in the city of London in a flash. There’s another train station, Purley Oaks, an 8 minute walk from our property, so you have plenty of trains and train times to choose between. Our beautiful Croham Hurst wood is only a 10 minute walk away for woodland walks and beautiful views over Sanderstead. Shops and restaurants just 1 minute walk away. We have private parking for 2 cars outside our property. One on our drive and one on the dropped kerb in front of the drive. There’s a bus stop right outside our home and the buses can take you into Croydon in less than 10 minutes. Croydon offers a big shipping centre, a high steet packed with shops, a lively fruit and vegetable market etc etc. The bus can also take you the other direction, towards Warlingham, where you’ll be in the beautiful British countryside, where you will find beautiful picturesque pubs and restaurants, country walks etc. Sanderstead really is the best of both worlds, the proximity to London and the countryside. Sanderstead itself is truly beautiful and a safe area of London. You’ll find beautiful churches, a duck pond, woodland and cricket fields here, as well as shops, restaurants, play parks etc. You will love it here!
