Nice place with plenty of space. It was a bit confusing with directions about check in since there was a link to another document within the original document that had even more information. There were also a lot of rules and a camera outside of the apartment door to ensure people were honest about who was staying there, which I understand but also made me a bit uncomfortable knowing it was known when we were coming and going. The place was clean and spacious, as I noted, but I didn't feel the price was fair considering it had a late (4pm) check in and then strict rules and added costs if you wanted to check in early. There was also a $80 cleaning fee, that again, I thought was not fair considering we stayed for less than 24 hours. With all that being said, if you're looking for something that has space, is right outside of campus with a straight shot to get there by car, and basic amenities, this is a nice option. Kyle is quick to respond and thorough in communication and rules.

Kyle was great and the apartment was nice! I especially appreciated the garage parking and comfortable bed.
