Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled in the mountains of the Blue Ridge, Spencer's Mountain Retreat offers the peace and serenity to unplug and unwind. Rustic but with everything you need for a restful get away. Pull up a rocker outside with hot coffee, a good book and relax under the tree canopy. We have ample room to walk and explore with a stream and pond. We are family friendly, college students welcomed. Come enjoy our tiny cabin on the ridge. Max 2 pets $50 pet fee There are 2 sleeping areas. Queen bedroom downstairs, 2 full twins in upstairs loft.

We loved this little cabin. Very clean and well built. Hosts were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the fire pit and the peaceful walk down to the pond with the dogs. Thank you for a great stay!

Cabin was exactly as described. Very secluded and private. Tammy was very responsive and Chase was friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and loved the quiet time with family.
Host is responsive and flexible with check-in. Location is a beautiful, remote area in the woods. A great place to unplug and enjoy the wilderness (we did still get one bar of cell service at the cabin). Our dogs had a great time, but keep a close eye on your pets, because there are natural predators in the woods. Host is very responsive and friendly if any issues come up.

Free parking. We are located 30 minutes from Lynchburg. Easy distance to the many vineyards and breweries in the area. Please remember you are in the mountains. You will be leaving a paved road going onto gravel/dirt road. The road may be bumpy at times due to rain, etc. The road is perfectly safe, just go slow and enjoy the ride.
