Stags Cottage was incredible, beautifully decorated and well equipped! Hosts were amazing, very friendly, kind and welcoming! Would definitely recommend! Getting into Stags Cottage was easy and we were greeted by the host, who was lovely! However………the agents directions were awful, the instructions literally tell you that, you’ve reached your destination on the A37, it doesn’t explain that you have to turn off into Babcary and it’s the first right at Deer Park Farm, you are literally left to work it out for yourself, the agents need to correct this asap!

Stag Cottage was exactly what we had hoped for. Jade and her mother, Maria were there to greet us and happily showed us around. A beautiful 'Easter' welcome was also very much appreciated upon arrival. The property is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and felt like home straight away. Whilst not seen in the 'facilities' the property does have an iron and ironing board and the BBQ is gas. The property appears to have underfloor heating downstairs (controlled by a thermostat) and thermostated radiators upstairs, which maintained a cosy, warm temperature. We found the car-port an added bonus, especially cooking outside when the weather wasn't too wonderful. We have a Campervan and were able to park within the car-port, with plenty of additional space. Hot-tub was fabulous! On site, there is a wooded copse that you are free to walk around (approx. 1 hr) and the local pub (The Red Lion) is 0.6 mile along the lane. A beautiful property and friendly hosts : )
