Absolutely loved the space and the neighborhood! it was the perfect stay and getaway for us to work on our hackathon project and attend an nearby conference. and Ashton was really helpful with our checkout as we had a last minute schedule change to our hackathon and had to last minute check out a bit later than planned. great place to stay close to everything but tucked away and private!

The house is located in the absolute best area of Santa Monica. It's incredibly safe and private. It was very roomy and yet cozy. Additionally, Ashton and Dayne were good with checking in and out instructions. My departure out of LAX was delayed a bit and Ashton allowed me a noon check out time, which was super helpful so that I didn't have to spend hours upon hours at the airport. I would highly recommend the house at 266 Maybery to anyone visiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal--quiet, within walking distance of the beach, and near those we were visiting. Ashton was communicative throughout the process of booking and during our stay. A slight schedule change made the check-out time challenging for us. Fortunately, Ashton was able to give us an extension, which made everything work smoothly. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and quick response time.

Cool California house that worked out well for our executive offsite. Only three of us stayed here but we had several others join during the day and we were all comfortable, using the living room for meetings and other areas for meals. Location is nice - very easy drive to shops etc on Montana Ave and Santa Monica. Parking is free and easy. Host was very responsive with a couple minor issues (lightbulb out - fixed in under 24 hours, window stuck - helped us get it open). Kitchen was adequate, laundry was very nice to have. HVAC works well and there are additional fans/heaters provided which was great. My only drawback was that it didn’t have the cleanest feeling to it, but overall we had a fine stay and would probably stay again.
