Bali’s place was small but functional. It worked well for myself and my coworker who were in town for 2 weeks of work. The location is good and was only a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants with a 7-11 and tim hortons just a short walk away. Bali was very quick to respond to questions and communicated clearly.

The place looked fairly new just needs some extra cleaning. Kitchen stuff is mostly overused dollar store items, sheets had stains, towels were small dollar store with stains. Basically bring any extra you might need. Very low dish soap, low toilet paper no extra, no hand soap, frying pan should be replaced asap, etc… Bali was quick to answer any of my questions and immediately replaced a broken can opener once informed that it wasn’t working. I probably could have requested missing amenities but feel that it should be on site for renters without having to request the basic.

Bali's place is a no frill down to earth place, very quiet and very comfortable. The beds were top notch. We used the place for two person working around North Delta and it was perfect for that. If you are looking for price value this is the place. Also Bali was very responsive when we had issues with the key lock and took good care of us. Not the most luxurious, but clean and had everything you need. Most def. one of the best value for the price.
