So helpful hosts...Darren even popped a heater in our car to help dry out the sodden front seats after the most horrendous storm at the end of the Run when we got mega drenched. The welcome they gave us was very friendly. We'd love to rebook please for next year!

Great place to stay. Loads of parking space. On a bus route plus good local taxi service so we hardly moved the car once we arrived. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was huge and well equipped, and everything was spotlessly clean. Our hosts were just next door and were very quick to respond to the couple of small questions we had. We heard no noise from the pub next-door. Although we didn't have time to visit it our friends and family who live in Low Fell recommend it for meals

Great hosts and great house. The rooms are large and really nicely decorated with comfortable sofas and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and also very spacious. Everything was very clean and tidy with no clutter at all. Both bedrooms were particularly big and the beds, mattresses and linen felt very comfortable and fresh. Especially the super king size bed in the master bedroom. The bathroom was very clean, nice toiletries provided and nice shower pressure. What really set the hosts apart was the thoughtful touches. They knew we were bringing a baby so provided toys, a travel cot and a changing table. They left some lovely treats for the children, cookies and chocolates, and provided all the kitchen basics (salt, pepper, tea, coffee, milk) as well as a bottle of wine. Communication was really great! Overall, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever booked. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Darran and Gill's while we wait to move to our new home. The house was lovely and cosy, just what we needed and they went the extra mile to help us with high chair, washing, etc. Would definitely recommend or stay again!
