My flat is very close to the train station, town centre and beach. It is quiet with a nice square outside, sunset views and is light and airy. It is equipped with all mod cons and has a really homely feel to it. It is in a quiet area and great for relaxing and chilling out. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers, but not suitable for big groups or party people. I live in a maisonette flat (with quite a few steps) that has the main bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchen on the first floor and two bedrooms and a smaller toilet upstairs.

We spent a night in Vanessa's flat, and we would recommend it to anyone. The room is spacious with a lot of light, and the flat itself is absolutely charming. Vanessa was very helpful and flexible with checking in/out times, and full of good recommendations about Brighton. Don't hesitate - very nice host, lovely place and really well located in a quiet yet central part of Brighton!

Nessi is a wonderful host with a beautiful home in a lovely quiet square overlooking a communal garden. The location was close enough to walk in 10-15 minutes to the centre of Brighton with a lovely coffee shop nearby too. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Nessi made me feel right at home from meeting with keys and directions at the station to answering my questions by text. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the place to friends. 5 stars!
We stayed with Vanessa last weekend and it was even more beautiful than the pictures. Vanessa made us feel so at ease in her home. It was in the perfect location- just a few minutes from the center. This was our first Airbnb experience and we were a little nervous but Vanessa was brilliant and we can't wait to stay again!!!
Vanessa has been a wonderful host! Her house is beautiful, bright and cosy. Our room had a very comfortable bed and all the house was super clean. She made us feel very welcomed and gave us some good tips on where to visit. I hope to see you soon at Portsmouth! Vanessa è stata un'ospite meravigliosa! Located in the center of Brighton this flat is in a perfect location for getting into The Laines (10 mins walk), the beach (10 mins walk) and Brighton station (5 mins walk) with direct connections into London.
There are fantastic bars, pubs and restaurants down the road.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly.
The South Downs are only a 20 mins bus ride away.
There are buses going in all directions from churchill square (10 min walk) and fast trains to London (around 50 min to London Victoria) from Brighton station which is 5 mins walk away. Taxis are everywhere but most people just walk.
