I went on a little vacation for my birthday, and was very pleased with the comfort of the place. I felt more at home than I do at home and slept great in the bed. I will definitely book again in the future! Plus, the sunset on the rooftop is prime!

First off, management was extremely responsive and helpful when we had a few issues arise. The apartment is cozy and comfy with everything you could need in the kitchen and the rooftop is a lovely space to check out the Ferris wheel and water. Pros of the location- it is literally steps from pikes place, everything you need is walking distance, you do NOT need a car. Cons of the location- if you have a car with you parking daily and overnight is easy however it certainly adds up $$ Biggest and only downside was the city noise heard almost constantly outside the very thin paned windows, if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in, bring ear plugs. The sound machine provided is a sweet thought but will not down out all the trucks driving through the ally outside. Cozy, clean and great location as long as you’re okay with outside noise!

Ginny's place is delightful! It's clean and wonderfully cozy, making it just perfect for a party of two. The location couldn't be any better! It is situated right in the heart of Downtown and everything is conveniently close by. The central and walkable nature of the place adds an extra layer of charm to the stay. I can't recommend Ginny's place highly enough, and I would happily choose to stay here again in the future!
