She’s not kidding about following driving directions and bringing a vehicle with ground clearance. Beautiful home with everything you need to enjoy historic Prescott mountains! We had a great stay!

Beautiful home! Rain and snow for our visit but so much inside to keep the kids entertained. Hot tub was great. Home was clean and Ann was responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend high clearance vehicle or 4wd with snow just like recommend. We didn't have a full house (sleeps 14 I think) but if we did not enough dishes to accommodate that many. Overall amazing place and we can't wait to visit again!

We had a a get together for our friend getting married. It was a stellar location to bond and lean into one another. Warm, happy, beautiful and clean space! Thanks for such a good time!

We absolutely loved this place and are already talking about going back. The house and surrounding area are beautiful, the arcade games and the hot tub were a hit with our group, the place was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The road was a little rough, but we were alerted to that ahead of time (likely only a winter issue), and we had an absolutely lovely stay.
