住的地方周边生活很方便，开车2min就有超市餐厅，15min内的选择就会非常多了。生活环境很好就在球场里面，院子对出去是一个果岭。房东回复特别及时，基本上5min内都有回复，帮我们及时解决疑问。下次来的话还会想要住这里。

Very enjoyable stay, all shops etc, short distance away. Clean and tidy on arrival. Perhaps linens would benefit replacement. Host was exceptionally helpful before and during our stay. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great house and pool, lovely location with lots to see and do around. Plenty of places to eat near by and supermarkets just up the road, the golf course clubhouse was a nice short walk away and a nice place for a sunset drink on the outdoor rocking chairs. Stephan was very responsive and nothing was any trouble for him. House had everything we needed for our stay Loved it and would recommend for sure

We stayed in this home for a month over the Christmas and New Year's holidays and it did not disappoint. Stephan was in touch with me prior to our trip and checked in to make sure everything was OK when we arrived. His instructions for entry were easy to follow and he was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is located right on the golf course in a walkable neighbourhood with sidewalks and low traffic. There is a Publix nearby (2 mins by car) and Costco, Walmart, the UTC Mall and the great shopping area that surrounds it are just 5-10 minutes away. Transferring the golf membership was easy to do and the course (and practice range) was well-kept and well worth the transfer fee. The heated pool was perfect -even on the days and evenings where the weather was a bit cooler. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals at home and appreciated the fast WiFi so we could stream movies and work remotely. Thank you for a great stay! We'd definitely return
