central and very convenient, however bathroom was not cleaned fully (hair on bath and toilet), sofabed bedding not made up as per the description, and apart from hand soap in the bathroom there were literally no pleasantries (e.g. tea bags, coffee, sugar) which you would normally expect from a similarly priced room.

Lovely stay in Yarmouth. Leigh's place is super conveniently located for everything and comes with secluded parking off the main road plus is mere meters from an ice cream shop which was a win for the kids. Spotlessly clean and had the extra bedding we needed for a family of four. Any queries I had were answered immediately and I would recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Yarmouth.

Perfect flat for a couple of young family (we brought our own travel cot and set it up in the living room). Walking distance from all restaurants in Yarmouth and just 2mins away from the ferry station. The flat was squeaky clean and with everything you need for a weekend! Leigh was helpful and quick at responding and we particularly appreciated the flexibility with check in. Definitely recommend!
