this airbnb and the host were great. host was very responsive, check in was a breeze. loved having the canal with kayaks and canoes at the ready. location was great. 8 min to Nokomis beach, 15 min to caspersen beach. also delicious cuban sandwiches 8 min away. grocery stores within 5 minutes. the beds were even decent. been to many airbnbs with horrible beds, we were actually able to sleep easy here. would consider again if i ever come back to the venice area

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Priscilla’s home was. We had plans to visit the beach, sight see and other activities and ended up just relaxing outside, all weekend. Clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great stay, Priscilla.

This place was beautiful!!! Super clean and updated. Pricilla was 5 steps ahead of accommodations. Personal touches and extras to accommodate for guests needs. We will be back!!!

Priscila's place was great! The home was inviting and very clean. It had everything you could need from a new barbeque to a well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the screened lanai with the view of the canal. We also enjoyed biking the nearby Legacy Trail and kayaking out into the bay. It has excellent proximity to Nokomis Beach, groceries, restaurants, and is a short drive to Venice and Sarasota. Priscila and her husband were nice, thoughtful and very responsive to our questions. The few minor issues we experienced were quickly addressed. This was a great place to stay!
