I needed a place last minute for my family before our cruise. Daniel was prompt in responding. Any questions or concerns I had he did not hesitate to answer even during non-business hours! I would definitely recommend and will be staying there whenever I’m in San Juan.

We needed a place to stay the night before heading to the airport the next morning. Glad we found Daniel’s place wish we would have stayed here to begin with as it was exactly as described. Big enough for our family of six, private, had parking, beds were so comfy and towels were nice and thick! Each bedroom had air conditioner, living room with a big couch, the kitchen was big and if you wanted to cook and enjoy a meal you could. At first we struggled a little to find the place but that wasn’t his fault, Apple Maps for whatever reason doesn’t take you exactly there. We had to go a street further than what maps said to eventually find it. Depending on how you look at it or used to, you park in back on the Main Street/avenue. Place is close to airport and other places we wanted to see in San Juan like isla verde beach and Casa Bacardi. I recommend this place for a family that wants to stay close to airport and have fast access to San Juan. Thank you Daniel we enjoyed our stay!

Daniel does not respond after check-in. We had a few issues with an AC leaking, shower curtain too short, causing water to run out and the bathroom sink leaking. All things we had to fix in order to continue staying there. As a traveler, there were no basic amenities like an iron. You really get the basics. The house was not cleaned before we got there. There was dirt and dust all under the beds and behind the couch.
