Don's place is simply stunning. Even better than the pictures. We were given a tour of the condo and there is a book explaining everything once you get there. It included many recommendations for restaurants, beach bars, etc. Don was such a great host. He responded almost instantly to any messages I sent. I was hoping to store our luggage since we had to leave our other location earlier than the check in time. Don kindly checked with the property manager and was able to get us in at the perfect time. The condo had some basic essentials on arrival such as coffee, tea, bread, and eggs. That was such a thoughtful touch. There were beach chairs and small coolers for use if we needed them. The pool is amazing with a stunning view. I miss Don's place already, but we will definitely book again in the future. 1000% worth it!!!

The unit was perfect for our family, the location is right on the beach, was great. The unit had everything you would think of during the short stay. Don went above and beyond to make us feel welcome including having the manager open the unit and leaving essential items for our first breakfast, similar welcome you only get at the five star resorts. The building has gated parking and it made me feel safe. The beach is very nice and gets cleaned daily, I believe. The pool is small, but perfect for a family, which we enjoyed. The communication with Don is immediate, he also has nice manager who is very responsive. I really felt like we stayed at the nice hotel. We plan to come back. Thank you.

We stayed at this condo for 9 nights with another couple. The pictures in the listing are very accurate although the sea view from every room is even better in person. This was probably the most thoughtfully put together condo we have stayed in. It was well kitted out with every amenity to make your vacation a great one. A welcome pack was waiting for us with items to make a wee breakfast on our first morning as well as some bottled water and beer. Having 2 full master suites was wonderful. The beds were comfortable & there was more than enough closet/dresser space for clothing. There was plenty of hot water for showering & the rain shower head was a nice touch. The living/dining furniture was comfortable as well. The owner/host, Don, is thoughtful and very responsive. He answered all questions we had before and during our stay. He even made sure we had appropriate shade for the beach when I mentioned the need for me to avoid significant sun exposure. We would stay here again!

We wish we could go back and do this vacation from beginning, as what we learned by the end of our stay here would've changed our entire itinerary. If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favor and rent a car from the airport (the rental is incredibly close to the airport but you'll need a car to get around), grab groceries on your way in and then simply never leave the condo and attached Simpson Bay beach the entirety of your stay! The beach was gorgeous and quiet/private, and in our opinion better than any of the other beaches we visited on the island during our trip. It truly felt like you had your own private slice of paradise right outside, and there were beach bars and good food within walking distance down the beach. We did bounce around to restaurants and beaches outside of Simpson Bay, but by the end we'd realized we never needed to leave, and regret a bit that we wasted time elsewhere when Don's place truly had everything. This place is a gem.

This is probably one of the best property I have ever stayed. It is on the beach with a spectacular view. The pool faces the beach, which makes it the appropriate place to watch the sunset. The property is very modern and very secured. It is filled with many amenities. There is a full kitchen with every appliance and everything you need to be able to cook if you so desire. The refrigerator was filled with essentials and then some upon our arrival. There was plenty of coffee for the week. And there were plenty of towels also! We will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.
