We had the best time at this condo! Plenty of space for our 3 families to stay and kid friendly. The restaurants on the island are AMAZING and we were able to walk across the street for ice cream. The walk to the beach was a little long but it was boarded half way and then the rest was packed sand so not too hard of a walk at all. The kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool! We will be back.

By far the cleanest, nicest condo I have stayed in. The beds, even the twin beds in the kids room were so comfortable! Huge deck overlooking a beautiful landscape. The pools were super clean. The only minor inconvenience was the walk to the beach. The boardwalk only goes halfway, so the walk in loose sand for the rest of the way was a bit much. We chose to drive down to the west end beach for the remainder of the stay instead. If not for the long walk to the beach, we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

First time to Dauphin Island and it was a hit. Such a nice and relaxing vacation. Holiday Isle 307 is the perfect condo and location. Buy your groceries, park at the door, and let the vacay begin! We cannot wait to come back with our family!
