Absolutely charming house in a fantastic location! The house is very homey, the neighborhood is super quiet and lovely and it's within walking distance of several local restaurants. Marguerite was an excellent host, and made sure we were comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

Marguerite’s place is so enjoyable! The location was perfect for our travels to Newport & block island, lots of great restaurants locally. The street is so peaceful and serene but yet so close to so much! The area around the house was my favorite in RI. The house is beautiful & I was very comfortable, the shower pressure is amazing! I highly recommend this Airbnb. Some things to note: There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds but they are all up kind of tight stairs, something to consider for real little ones, elderly or disabled. There is only AC in the master bedroom & in the dining room downstairs but there are fans in the other 2 bedrooms. The nights were so cool we only needed the windows open.

We really loved the house! The attention to detail was remarkable, with stylish furnishings, tasteful artwork, and an ambiance that radiated warmth and tranquility. The home was equipped with every amenity one could possibly need. The well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation a joy, while the cozy living spaces provided ample room for relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend it. If you're seeking a remarkable getaway with all the comforts of home, look no further.

We had a wonderful stay at Marguerite’s place. The house is spotlessly clean with cute decor that feels very New England to me. Marguerite is also a very responsive and resourceful host. My family came to the area without a concrete plan except a sailing experience in Newport. Thanks to Marguerite’s recommendations we had a wonderful time at the beach, had fun biking, had good food and no complaining from 3 small children. The house has beach chairs, mats and toys which were super helpful for us. The location is convenient, quite neighborhood within walking distance to cute downtown, good restaurants, easy driving to beaches and parking other attractions around Newport & Narragansett. Highly recommended Marguerite’s place and will definitely stay at her place again

Victorian house is a great place to stay when exploring South County Rhode Island. The house and yard are beautiful just like in the photos. We were very comfortable. Marguerite is a great host, communication was easy. She even left us delicious cookies and drinks. I hope we can stay again!
