There are two living rooms, one for quiet enjoyment/reading and one for Television watching. These areas can be interchangeable depending on preference and length of stay. Both have comfortable couches and ample space to be comfortable. There is an office desk with large desk and chair if you work from home. The highest speed internet available runs to the house and there is a modem jack in the office if additional need to be added. Can hold up to 20 devices and run at fastest speed. Master bedroom: Master bedroom has a Queen bed with Tempurpedic Sealy mattress, wardrobe mirror, nightstands and reading lamps, small dresser, and a modern fan with dimmers for light and speed. Closet is large and has luggage rack and hangers and overhead storage if needed. Second bedroom: Full bed with nightstands and small desk. There is a small vanity and bedside table and lamp. Closet is spacious with luggage rack and hangers. Bathroom is shared and separate from both rooms. It is a tub with a shower included, small vanity, mirror, toilet, and cabinet for storage over toilet. Linens and toilet paper is provided for guests, but all shower toiletries must be brought by guest or can be provided by host for a small fee. You may bring your own linens to use as well. Linen closet stocked with shower and hand towels, iron & ironing board. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware, plates, serving dishes, glasses, etc. There is a unique range with built in vent, wall oven, oversized refrigerator & dishwasher. Paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, & linens are provided. Dining area has a round table with four chairs and an insert leaf to expand seating for 6 with chairs. Brand new chandelier over the Dining table with dimmer for ambiance. Laundry room has a very fast stackable washer and dryer, sink basin, large freezer, and storage. This space can be utilized in various ways. Fireplace Living area has an oversized, corduroy couch and chair/loveseat with an odoman. This couch is very deep and extremely comfortable... naps are inevitable. The couch could easily sleep another person, but is not a pullout sofa. There is a 55" smart-TV and a landline telephone. The internet modem is in this room to be closest to TV or can be moved to the front of the home in the office. There are large tinted windows with screens to the outdoor garden and another large sliding glass door to the screened patio. On cooler breeze days, it is so comfortable to have all the windows and doors open and feel like you are indoor and outdoor at the same time! Dusk is breathtaking! Ensure to keep screen door closed or the garden mosquitos will spoil the space! The screened porch has a dining table, mid century modern sofa and a few chairs with coffee table and ottomans. Best spot in the house! The patio is surrounded by a beautiful garden with plenty of outdoor lighting which is the focus of the home and ambiance.
