The place was fabulous! So so close to the beach so great with a toddler and a baby…great family atmosphere in the area. Super location - so great to be able to walk to the bookstore and the bakery and to ice cream! And our hosts were sooo responsive!

James was a great host and his home is located in a perfect location. The deck off the kitchen/living area was perfect with great views of the ocean. Our families loved this location due to the proximity to the beach and some of our favorite Brewster activities. I do think this house could use quite a bit of updating but then of course, it would cost more to rent :-) Thank you James!

Outstanding location. Host was very friendly and responsive. James was very attentive to needs any needs. The beach being steps away is a great plus!

What a location! Steps to the beach, ride your bike to nearby coffee, stores, etc. Perfect for kids. We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids ages 12-6). Everyone had the absolute best time. The house is in a private neighborhood so the kids could walk or ride their bikes without us. James has paddle boards that were really fun. James made sure we were settled and addressed all of our needs. We are def going back next year!

We had such a wonderful week in Brewster and look forward to returning. The house and amenities are as described - really no need to bring beach chairs or boogie boards. We had a toddler and baby with us. The Flats were wonderful for them - calm, warm water. And getting to and from the beach was a breeze. There’s a ramp with just a few steps while most locations have steep steps, so pulling a wagon with gear or getting the little ones back for naps was quite easy. Three of the four bedrooms are really quite spacious. Beds are quite comfortable. James introduced himself and checked in to see if we needed anything. A great time was had by all.
