Beautiful self-contained ground floor family room and ensuite shower room, attached to a 120 year old Lodge. Set on the outskirts of the New Forest. The room sleeps 3, plus a cot. Beautifully positioned looking out over the garden which you are free to use. The room benefits from its own private access, a king size and single bed. Fridge, toaster and microwave. Well behaved dogs welcome, no puppies please. 5 minute drive from Paultons Park. Light and airy family room, over looking the garden. Guests welcome to enjoy use of patio and garden shared with main house. There is a sandpit, trampoline and various other children's toys which you are welcome to use at your own risk.

We had a lovely short stay, it was perfect for our family with two small children. Everything was exactly as described and was immaculately clean. Imogen is a lovely host who was very friendly and responsive and couldn’t do enough for us. If we are back in the area in the future we would have no hesitation in looking to book again
This was a lovely place to stay - Imogen was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was clear she had thought about what visitors might need. The fridge, kettle, toaster and crockery were all great. She offered us a change of sheets halfway through the stay as the weather was hot. 11/10.
Very nice and wonderful family, in a peaceful and nice neighborhood. Close to the train station and Paulton’s park. Beautiful and clean house with amenities for children. It was worth every penny! Great host i totally recommend.
Me and the twins had an amazing stay here. They didn’t want to leave. Imogen was a fantastic host. Perfect little get away!!

Located on a quiet no through road. with easy access to motorway. Perfectly situated to access near by attractions including Paultons Park, Southampton Cruise Terminal and New Forest. Two great beaches a 20 minute drive away. You can access New Forest bike trails directly from the house without needing to cycle on any main roads.
Car or Bike. Nearest Station Ashurst or Totton. Both a short distance.
