Stayed at this 2 bedroom 2 bath to do college tours with our teen. We were 4 persons and 1 small dog. Great location. Excellent park across the st with a dog park. The attached bathroom at the back is a little tight for tall person like me but the middle bathroom is spacious. Nice apartment, has everything you need for light cooking re-heating. We didn't cook. Microwave and electric stove easy to re-heat. Parking was great to have the pass from the owner. I did have a little hard time to find parking but found it on the main street easier. We joked with the teen if he gets into college in DC, we'll rent this again :-)

Our group of 5 had a great time. Location was family friendly and a quick walk to the metro or an easy Uber. Host was responsive to questions. Like others noted parking can be tough after 4pm, but we didn't mind walking- additionally we relied a lot of public transportion so we didn't move the car much. Short walk to many restaurants and cafes. Washer and dryer on site were nice to have. Would definitely book again if we were end up back here!

Eyana was an amazing host. Responsive to minor requests. The place was absolutely beautiful in an historic neighborhood. Restaurants, bars and shops are a 5 min walk. There is absolutely no negative to this place. From the cute little courtyard, to the front porch, and the spacious interior. Our group thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. Neighbors we saw were friendly. Streets were safe, yet busting with energy and several different cuisines to choose from within walking distance in either direction. 5 min walk to the metro station made getting around the city inexpensive and fast. Highly recommend Eyana's place for your next visit!

This place was the perfect home base for us to visit DC and some local colleges/universities. The place was surprisingly quiet and we slept well! Everything was clean and convenient and the neighborhood was great! My husband and oldest daughter walked home from the zoo. Also, we had no problems finding parking. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the location! It was near the zoo and lots of restaurants. It was a short Uber to everything downtown. We were able to drop our bags off early. We also needed to borrow a screwdriver for an issue with car seats and that was very quickly and easily accommodated. Highly recommend this location and host.
