Ground floor: - A 72 m² east-west facing living room with TV, double sofa bed, decorative fireplace and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, hob (mixed gas and electric), filter coffee machine... - 1 separate toilet On the first floor: - A studio with a double bed (140×200) and an adjoining shower room with shower and WC. - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space. - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and storage space. - A bathroom with bathtub. - 1 separate toilet. Exterior: - A beautiful private garden of 120 m² not fenced. - A terrace of 40m² with stone slab and furniture to enjoy the nice days. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, parasol, gas barbecue, ironing board and iron.
