I stayed at Piero's for about a month when I moved for a new job and I hadn't found a lease yet. He's very friendly, and is always making sure everything is okay with your stay. The place itself is not fancy by any means but it's much better than having to drain your money on a hotel room. You share bathrooms, living and kitchen space - bathrooms are clean and kitchen is well stocked with a variety of spices and utensils (missing cutlery). Overall, it's a fantastic option for someone with a budget, who wants to have a private room, cook regular meals instead of take out all the time and working nearby.

I stayed for 5 days to go to Goggleworks which was 2 blocks away. The room was really comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. Plenty of street parking right in front of the home. His place is SUPER clean. The house was an amazing piece of history with all the American furniture still inside of it. What a wonderful historical place that Piero’s family has kept alive. Piero and his family was all very welcoming. I felt like I was at home with them. I would highly recommend his place and hope to stay there the next time I’m at Goggleworks.

Excellent budget place to stay in Reading. Piero is a gracious host and his home is one of a kind. Will stay here again in the future
