A fabulous place to stay. It has a blend of charm and modern-day amenities. The back and front veranda were the perfect location for a mid-morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The surrounding countryside was just beautiful. We only stayed the one night as we were moving onto the next stage of the Central West Cycle Trail, but we would like to return to spend a couple of nights and enjoy what is on offer. And most importantly it was extremely clean.

This home is beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean. Rural views in every direction, so peaceful. Its a quiet place to unwind, there's no TV but the kids enjoyed the outdoor fire pit at night, which gave the stay a glamping feel to me. The home is just gorgeous, wish we had stayed longer.

We woke up to rain on the corrugated iron roof and beautiful misty fields surrounding the historic home. The verandah was the perfect place to have our breakfast and take in the rural setting. Fantastic bathroom and cosy fire. I’m someone who loves a comfy couch to relax on holidays so missed this, but the rest of the family was happy with the arm chairs and seats in the lounge room. I think we all enjoyed the novelty of no internet or phone reception. Jean next door was available to contact a plumber when needed. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely night at the rustic cottage. The fire inside and out was lovely, so many stars in the night sky. Sunset and sunrise were a photographer's dream. Modern kitchen was lovely, pantry was well stocked with essentialsz the bath was a nice relaxing touch. Our dog loved the secure yard and being able to stroll and even meet the local farm dog in the morning . look forward to returning some time in winter.

Louise provides detailed instructions regarding checkin, she is friendly and easy to communicate with. The place is clean and offers a unique off the grid experience.
