Wir haben mit zwei Erwachsenen und vier Teenagern drei Nächte bei Ellis verbracht. Der Ort ist absolut ruhig, am Himmel Millionen Sterne und Ellis ein angenehmer, hilfsbereiter und zugewandter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns bei ihm wie zu Hause gefühlt, die Jugendlichen hatten sofort einen Draht zu ihm. Morgens bekamen wir selbstgebackenes Brot und abends Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten. Die Hunde haben uns auf einer Wanderung begleitet. Die Zelte sind komfortabel, sauber und bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick ins Tal und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Außen-Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und war während unseres Aufenthaltes das kulinarische und soziale Zentrum. Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt, ist bei Ellis und Camilla sehr gut aufgehoben. Eine Empfehlung von Herzen.

It was unfortunate that we were evacuated because of bush fires 1 week into our 2 week holiday. We had to leave early and find other accommodation as the stess of coming back before the fires were actually out would of been to much. Ellis and camilla were very informative and kept us update through our stay.

What an enchanted place! This was a perfect location for a family get together. such wonderful views, such magical moonlit evenings, starry skies and utter peace. and a blissful pool with a fab tethering device if one feels the need for hardcore exercise ( i didnt!) A great outdoor kitchen and dining area for whiling away hours after hour..... the bell tents were so comfortable and so blissfully cool at night even though it was 37 degrees during the day. The villages on the coast are lovely...especially the village with the river estuary we had some really excellent food.... i thought 4 days glamping might be enough for me, but actually could happily have spent a month there. Ellis and Camilla are fabulous hosts .... the whole venture is si inspiring. we had fresh baked bread, homemade cheese, vegetables from the garden and a gorgeous birthday thank you so so much both of you...
