This stylish 3 bedroom home is a perfect retreat for families & friends or working professionals. Beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, cozy beds and a large kitchen and living room area. Guests enjoy the view from the front porch, the fire pit and the sound of the creek nearby. This home is located about 20-25 minutes outside Hazard in the Lotts Creek area of Knott County. It's about a 10 minute drive to Hwy 80. Guests love the privacy and comfortable space this home offers. The master bedroom is on one end of the house and other 2 bedrooms are on the opposite end. In the middle is the spacious living room with lots of seating adjoining the open kitchen and small dining area. Wonderful front porch with gorgeous views of the creek and surrounding mountains. Often times wildlife can be seen in the distance while in their natural habitat. Deer, bear, and elk live in the forest nearby.

My family and I had a great stay at Wayne's World for Easter weekend. The house is beautiful and had everything needed for our family of 5 and furry friend. Davida was very informative throughout the process and was there for us if we needed. The house was very clean and cozy. There is a community market close by where you can get house hold items, cereal, milk, soda, ect. They even had a kitchen for sandwiches and hunts brothers pizza. We ran into Wayne as we were leaving the property and he is an extremely nice man. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will stay again once we return to eastern Kentucky. Chris and family

I always stay at the Hampton inn in hazard and then my last couple of nights i found this jewel! I will be staying again for sure when i come back. Very clean, feels safe and warm and inviting. Loved being in the mtns. Me and my daughter was enjoying all of it! We got to meet Wayne the morning we was leaving & he was absolutely so kind. Davida, was very responsive and helpful at anytime you needed her. I truly give it a 5/5 stars. So worth the stay.
