Being in such a prime location you are 10 mins walk away from the Beach, Swansea Arena, Town, Swansea University and the Mumbles (10 mins by car). Enjoy your stay with full use of the whole house which has recently been refurbished with plenty of seating in each living room to make your stay comfortable. You are welcomed into the hall as you enter the home with the first of the two living spaces on your left housing a comfy sofa and additional seating plus large screen TV with Netflix. Walking down the hall you have the stairs leading upstairs again on your left and just after you enter the second living area with another comfy sofa, drop-leaf dining table with 4 comfy leather dining chairs. Large flat screen TV with Netflix and coffee tables. Just beyond the second living room you have the kitchen with all the home comforts and a Coffee machine. Through the kitchen there is a utility area with entrance to back door and beyond that the downstairs bathroom with bath and shower. To the rear of the property you have a lovely garden area with seating for those relaxing evenings in the welsh sun. On the first floor you have two double bedrooms, one off to the left and the other to the right. Both then adjoining into an en-suite bathroom with toilet, wash hand basin and shower cubicle. You have wardrobes to hang your clothes in each bedroom and in the rear bedroom a work space should you require it. There is Superfast Broadband in the property with speeds up to 125mbps.
