Minor issues with no water when we arrived was resolved quickly- great communication on that issue. Next we found none of the TVs would work, and had very slow communication on that issue and it was never resolved- no tvs for the duration of our trip. Hall bathroom tub had some garbage bags full of trash sitting in it- not sure what that was about. We removed the trash ourself, no biggie. The middle guest room was advertised as queen but was really a full size bed. And other than that, the place was decent, cute decor and conveniently located for our needs. Had everything we needed - except tvs lol. We really enjoyed the porch in the morning & evening with perfect fall weather. We plan to stay there again when we return- in spite of the issues, it was a good place!

They should follow through with problems. We were told a new remote for the bedroom TV would arrive and we never received one. The grass was pretty tall and we were told it would not be mowed till after we left because they were on schedule. We wanted to play croquet but couldn't because the grass was too tall. . We were also told that the manager's hubby would come over and get rid of the wood hornets but no one showed up and my sister ended up getting stung twice. The ice maker on the fridge didn't work and they sent a repairman but he couldn't fix it. They were very nice people in all. The trailer was clean. Very nice location and we could see the deer across the street in the yard playing. Dale Hollow lake was only about 5 miles from us so we got to do some fishing. We do plan on going back next year and giving it another try.
