Lucia’s place was perfect. Very well appointed for everything you need for the beach, cooking, and toiletries. It seriously had everything. Lucia was also such an amazing host, she coordinated our travel for us, gave us recommendations on anything we asked for, and was very quick to respond. She was the best!

You can't go wrong staying with Lucia. The location is perfect. The space was just what I needed, and was described perfectly. Lucia is a warm and welcoming host. There is plenty of privacy. My stay was exactly what I needed. Thanks Lucia !

This little spot was quiet and so close to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. Lucia was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Lucia was superb in her accommodating my daughter and I during our stay from before, during and after. Really excellent host with always quick to respond to me questions on recommendations. As she lives on property, it was nice to have someone available to ask about recommendations - Wrecker's was great for dinner and right on harbor so you can check out water and all the fancy yachts. Food Fair was close by for grocery store and had excellent choices considering you are on an isolated island. Yummy desserts and Johnny cakes made locally as well Papa Scoops nearby for ice cream. Keep in mind everything is very expensive in Bahamas so bringing dry goods is smart. Small kitchenette to cook, coffee maker, dishes etc. She went the extra mile to make us feel at home by her extra touch and actions. Felt safe, serene yard, easy walk, bike (available), or golf cart rental in town to the nearest beach. Can't say enough about host Lucia as we felt right a home including having a pet cat, Bella!

We had the most wonderful time staying with Lucia on the gorgeous island of Spanish Wells. Lucia was so kind, helpful and accomodating with her recommendations of things to do, sharing her space, flexible check out, and meeting us at the ferry. The space had everything we needed, and we adored sharing it with sweet kitty Bella. Whoever comes next, please snuggle her inside and share some treats with her for us! It was amazing having bikes to ride, and we loved exploring the island, Russel Island, and surrounding areas this way. The beach is so close, and the private garden was our little zen oasis. Book this place, you won't regret it! A+++
