Did not spend too much time there - sleep and breakfast mostly. The place was roomy for four people and two dogs. Caleb had it set up nice for late arrival with some seltzer in the fridge and a few granola bars to snack on. The front porch and small rear deck were nice. We did want to use the grill one night but i think the incredible hulk was the last guest there, so we were not able to turn the gas on. The handle could not be budged - one way or the other. Caleb suggested switching the tank with the fire pit tank which worked out well. My son who traveled with me, travels to New River Gorge frequently and plans on using the same place on future trips.

Absolutely loved this place and had a great time with friends. Only problem was we chose to stay in West Virginia during summer so it was HOT. But everything else was great.

Caleb’s place was just what we wanted! We contacted him late at night and he was able to let us in the same night. And everything was excellent!

It was a great two nights stay. Very private place in a great natural environment. The host is very helpful and respectful.

The place was spotless and very cozy, with plenty of room for 2 adults, 1 child and a dog. (Plenty of yard for the dog.) The kitchen had everything you’d expect/need. Appreciated the special touches and extras throughout. The location was great for us - convenient to Hawk’s Nest and Babcock State Parks, Cathedral Falls, etc. and a little further, the New River Gorge. Everything was hassle free and worked perfectly. We would definitely stay again!
