our stay was unfortunately impacted by the lack of electricity for the past two days. We didn't have access to the amenities promised on the listing such as electricity, wifi, fridge and television including the water being cold in the shower. My only request was they give us 40% refund for those days as the electricity outage but they failed to process the refund which they said we couldn't get our refund nor extend the days

Unfortunately, my unit was not the unit advertised and the host was unavailable to deal with my concerns and refused to accept it was misrepresented. thankfully I received refund through air cover..the unit has only 1 window in one of the two bedrooms and no window or fresh air replacement in the other bedroom or living room.I’ve stayed in a few air bnb units and this was definitely not a good unit relative to the price..don’t expect any service if you have any complaints. There were small cockroaches in the unit. I dont recommend this host.

neat apartment with cockroaches at every part of the day. unusual odors from building. convenient self check in, accommodating host.
