Hello all - if you need to be in the area of Stetson and have an accessible space for someone with mobility issues, Chuck’s place is great. Easy to get in and out. Level floors and limited thresholds. Very comfy beds! Nice linens and plenty of towels plus a washer and dryer (bonus!). Kitchen had what you needed (bring extra K Cups if you’re coffee fiends like us). Also, extra big points for Chuck who went above and beyond when I left something and he packed it up and mailed it back to me - always keeping in excellent contact. One things to be aware of: We checked in during one of the rainiest summers in the northeast. I happen to be highly reactive to mold. I could smell it when we arrived and I struggled with my breathing. I do not believe it was a cleaning issue - it was simply raining all the time this summer! Perhaps a dehumidifier could help and we did use the AC and the fans to try to dry the space out. Perhaps others are not as sensitive. I did want to note it, just in case.
