A genuine horror show. The building work was done by cowboys. The extension is subsiding causing cracks in the structure everywhere. Cleanliness issues. Unsafe wiring that doesn’t meet regulations. Mountain of trash outside the front. The garden was destroyed. The waste water leaking into the living room after every shower. A missing roof tile in the gutter meant leaking into the bedroom ceiling. I send roughly 60 different photos of evidence for the mountain of issues. They took an age to respond. They eventually refunded us their share of the booking, after reading, then ignoring our message for two days. I was unable to get the remaining Airbnb fee back as they did not answer contact from Airbnb to complete the mutual cancellation process. Avoid Propertri at all costs. Their listing images are not representative of the current conditions of the property. Their listings are also inaccurate.

stayed here whilst working locally. property has everything you could need for a short stay. would definitely recommend.
