Lovely area and nice place! We didnt spend much time at the house as we were out most of the time, but we enjoyed the comfortable sofa/beds and tvs after a long day of exploring. The garden looked lovely too, but we didnt get a chance to spend any time out there. The house is located next to the docks which is really lovely to walk along on the way back to Barry island.

Lee was a very responsive and helpful host, any issues he resolved as quickly as he could and was fab in helping us arrange a last minute stay at his place.

Although we didn't meet Lee he communicated well, with all the info that we required. His place was clean and very well equipped and suited our purposes very well (two people) . It's a bit off the beaten track and although has access to the waterfront this is limited and we couldn't find walkable access to the beach, although to be fair we were only there one night so perhaps didn't try hard enough. We'd happily go back. We ate at the Little Olive in town , which was a lovely change from all the chain Italian restaurants.

I would willingly give this clean modern property top marks but unfortunately i can't!! My wife & two daughters (21 & 18) came to Barry with high expectations for our stay after viewing photos of the property & surrounding area. Compared to short stays in previous Air bnb's we found far too many personal belongings (ie; intimate items in bedside draw!!) which restricted storage especially in the second bedroom, the second bedroom also had an odour presumably from a fish tank or the fish food. Although the property is not actually on the dock front, the walk along the dock area into Barry was quite pleasant through the well presented newly developed area. We enjoyed our stay despite finer details of inaccuracy!!
