We really enjoyed our stay here, except that the hot and cold shower is not working , we use the heater instead since its so cold there.

Enjoyed our stay at this place. I especially love the view at the balcony.

The place was nice and simple. The room had the essentials. Unfortunately, the water heater stopped working during our stay and the maintenance could not replace it immediately. We just made use of the electric kettle. Parking space was available for us to rent (P300/night). An advantage of this place is that it's just across the Good Shepherd and near the Mines View Park.

I like the location. Walking distance from Mines View and Good Shepherd. Although our room was adjacent to a somewhat busy street so we could hear noise from the outside. Our check in was pretty smooth.
