Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Hôte très réactif en cas de souci. Petit bémol : le matelas du canapé lit n’est pas du tout confortable pour un adulte

Sehr gute Lage, Strand zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Küche war sehr sparsam ausgestattet, aber das allernötigste war vorhanden. Super Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt nebenan. Der Parkplatz war sehr praktisch. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung geschickt, weil man mit dem Kinderwagen in die Wohnung kommt wenn man ihn nur 4 Stufen trägt. Außerdem wurde uns ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt.

So close to the water and local atmosphere! We were a little taken back when we first got inside as it seemed very sparse- a few rugs and perhaps a colorful throw would change that cold feeling! In the end it was clean and worked perfectly for us!

El alojamiento en San Terenzo es perfecto para pasar unos días en esa hermosa localidad. Es cómodo, limpio y funcional y cuenta además con estacionamiento para el coche. La comunicación fue excelente y muy agradable.

Amazing hospitality. Apartment was clean and tidy and the supermarket is directly across the rd. Location is right next to bus stop and only 25 minutes to La Spezia. Most beautiful beach right outside your door. Host was very nice and accomodating. Stay here you won’t regret it! :)
