Great spot. Old town and that area is about an hour drive. Basically from this location you’re in between everything as long as you don’t mind driving or getting around. Clean spot and it had all I needed while I was staying, except utensils. Overall, great spot I booked it last minute about 3-4 weeks before trip. Price was reasonable. There’s also a cool restaurant 2-3 minutes walking distance where you can eat amazing food and watch the sunset. 7 mile bridge is within walking distance as well. Eric and Sammy were cool hosts they’re remote but, super responsive when it comes to answering questions. Would definitely book again if I decided to go the keys in the near future.

The view from the window was gorgeous. The pool was also not heavy smelling of chemicals - they must use a salt based water system which was very nice. The pool was heated - also a pleasant surprise. Not a luxury unit, but overall very nice. We would return for sure. The wall unit A/C was often loud, as they always are - but it worked great!

This place was perfect and met all our needs. The location is great. Walking distance to a great walking path. Walking distance to a really cool restaurant that features an outdoor bar and seating. We enjoyed the pool and the pool area. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything Eric.
