Fantastic apartment right in the town centre. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We stayed in apartment no 1 and would highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked two units for a group of line dancers for a dance event in Winter Gardens. It’s an ideal location. Easy to go around for everything. The two units equipped a bit differently but both equipped all we needed.

This property was extremely clean and modern inside beds were really comfy. Well equipped kitchen with all mod cons Great bathrooms with constant hot water. Good quality towels and bed linen. The only think was we couldn’t find the heading control as It went a little chilly in the lounge as it had 5 windows but bedrooms were very warm. We will be back 100%

We stayed here because of the closeness to the Winter Gardens. The apartment 1 that we stayed in was lovely, described well and pictures were exact. We had a few issues which were quickly resolved by the friendly staff on the 24/7 phone number. The last nigh the hot water went off but with it being at Saturday was going to be difficult to be repaired as the hot water pump to our apartment had failed. Again the friendly staff made a very good compensation offer plus a reduction in our next stay which we did not expect. Overall even if we didn’t get a reduction we were going to stay again as things do breakdown but the way it was handled makes you think that Mode staff value there customers and like where they work. We have been coming to Blackpool to the winter gardens twice a year for over 15 years and this is far the grandest apartment we have stayed in.
