Spacious 2 bedroom house with nice deck. House recently renovated. Location is perfect. Across street from ocean. Everything you need for a day on the beach is available to borrow.

The house was exactly as advertised with super easy access to what feels like essentially a private beach. The home was in great shape, clean and perfect for a family of 4 plus some grandparents! Ann was super responsive before, during and after our stay. Very close to a golf course and easy drives to several nice restaurants. This was our first stay in Broadkill and we will definitely be coming back. This property is highly recommended!!! Ann and the home were both awesome.

This was the best Airbnb house we have ever stayed in. It was clean and seemed to have a brand new kitchen with every piece of cookware and kitchen utensil we needed. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The house is a very short walk to the beach. One does have to walk over the dunes, which was challenging for a family member with respiratory issues, but cars are allowed right up to the beach so my husband just drove her right to our spot. The beach was quiet and perfect. The waves were sufficient for skimboarding, but not much else, being on the bay. There is a super cute little store on the road with essentials, ice cream, sandwiches and a grill. Apparently their donuts are killer, but they're only available on weekends, so we missed them. There are several restaurants to choose from and two supermarkets within 15 minutes. We highly recommend Matt's Fishcamp and The Surfing Crab. 10/10!

We had a great stay for a few days at Ann’s place in Broadkill Beach. Ann is a very responsive host. This is a nice quiet area of the Delaware Bay. The accommodations are spacious. The place is clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen is stocked with basics and plenty of cookware. The fridge was big enough for our family. Be sure to take a short walk down the road for ice cream cones at the Broadkill store (they also sell ice if you need some for your coolers). Bring some bug spray in case the wind is blowing the wrong way. Plenty of beach gear available as well. It was a nice bonus to see a pair of ospreys in their nest (visible from the master bedroom upstairs). We would definitely stay here again.
