When we went to this homestay, they treated us very well. Food was very good. Stay there was very good.

At the start there was a little confusion between the hosts and us about the booking of one or several rooms. The price shown on Airbnb is the price for one person. If you are coming with multiple guests, you need enquire into what the price will be. The house is a beautiful house with a huge front garden with beautifully maintained trees and plants. It is located at a busy road, so there is quite a bit of noise to be heard of that. However, the road is still about 60 meters (my estimate) away from the front door, so the traffic is not very near. The house itself has small, but beautiful bedrooms and a nice living room and kitchen. It is well maintained and Sudha aunty and Susheel Uncle have made sure it is very tidy and clean. That was very calming and enjoyable. The hosts, Sudha aunty and Susheel Uncle, are really friendly and knowledgable people. We had lovely Keralite breakfasts and they where always willing to help when necessary. Thank you both for the warm stay!

While we didn't ultimately stay at Sudha's place, we found the owners to be so warm and helpful we regretted leaving. The rooms are small, and at the last minute we decided we wanted more space. But the owners were incredibly accommodating and kind, even helping assist us in finding another place and organizing a car for us. These are wonderful people with a lovely, old property. If you want quiet and simple accommodation, this is a good place for you.

We were 4 adults staying at this beautiful heritage property for 2 nights. Our hosts, Susheel SIr and Sudha Ma'am, were very helpful and caring of all our needs - be it giving us sumptuous breakfasts, gallons of lovely tea, directions to cultural experiences of shopping expeditions. We had wonderful conversations around gardening and plants and Sudha Ma'am, who has a green thumb, was also kind to share seeds of rare vegetables. Thanks to them we got to see an ethereal Thaiyyam performance in a forest, about 20 km away from the place, and also shop for some excellent home linen, not too far away. Overall, it was a memorable two days spent in Kannur. Special thanks to Annie for making the whole process very smooth and timely restaurant suggestions.

A very warm welcoming home is provided by Sudha and Susheel . They are very soft spoken and attentive hosts . I felt completely at home from the minute I stepped in . The house is squeaky clean and set in a nice traditional garden. It is not luxurious but very cosy and peaceful. They make great efforts to guide you during your excursions and make your travel arrangements too. I am very happy to have stayed with them .
