Hi, We stayed at Kaithara heritage and lovely experience. Its a heritage villa close to Kannur Cantonment Area and attractions. The house made a remarkable make over and comes with all modern amenities; kudos to the owners. The host Mr. Xavier and wife was extremely helpful and provided us home away home feeling. We didn't opt the food as we explored other local options. We definitely recommend Kaithara for any one seeking a big place with safety, calmness, conveniences together. Thanks - Lal

Sans conteste notre meilleur point de chute à Kannur. Cette maison a beaucoup de charme et les chambres sont spacieuses. Accueil fantastique. Les restaurants sont excellents et accessibles à pied, Corniche et United Coconut 😋, Rollush pour des délicieux jus de fruits. Nous avons adoré et reviendrons bien volontiers. Merci beaucoup à Xavier, Catherine et Titu pour votre gentillesse.

It's lovely place to stay and family heritage home. Very quiet place and comfortable beds, rooms are specious.

Xavier’s place is a perfect place to stay for larger group and family with kids. Amazing heritage building and neatly maintained by him. It’s near to beach may be 5min walk and you have lot of food options nearby . Xavier is also an incredible host and he is quick to respond to any questions and requests. Definitely a 5star for the property and him.

Xavier and Katherine had been a wonderful couple and hosts, we had enjoyed meeting them and staying in their property. It is a recommended place to stay if you are around Kannur.
