Absolutely amazing location, cannot be beat! Stayed for a month, loved every minute of it. The beach is the most perfect we saw throughout the island and could easily walk to and back since it was a lazy 5 minute walk. Ate on the lanai every evening, the breeze was gorgeous and morning coffee with the view on Ko’olau range was unbelievable. The property is private due to outdoor arrangements with plumeria trees and chickens run wild everywhere which we thought was endearing. Great proximity to Shima’s where the poke was unreal and otherwise 15 min drive to Kailua or 20 min drive to Costco. Home has practical features to meet all needs, and Mark was very responsive and easy to communicate regarding questions or issues. Loved having the beach chairs, tons of boogyboards and sand toys for kids. As discussed with owner, home needs some upkeeps regarding showers, sinks, fresh paint in some rooms and a deep clean after busy summer.

Nice quiet location is a beautiful spot. Loved the location and ease of access to all the places we wanted to go to. Location is quiet at night and allows for relaxation after a day of activities. House had a bunch of perks to include water gear (Boogie boards, Snorkels, Masks and fins) as well as coolers that we could load and take to the beach or put in the back of the car. Total win. The projector was a nice touch although we only used it once (We were out having fun).
