The condo is in a great location within the heart of Santa Monica, CA. The condo is definitely close to all the local eateries + beaches. My brother and I came in for a beach getaway from Texas, and the trip was amazing. Hi-Ho Burger is amazing + the Santa Monica Whaler bar and grill is a great spot for food and drinks. If you rent a bike from any of the local vendors you can whip around both Venice and Santa Monica in no time. The condo/home was also close enough to the Kia Forum to see a concert while we were in town. Definitely someplace I would stay again.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. It was nice to have two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. It was a thirteen minute walk to get to the pedestrian mall and a twenty minute walk to get to the pier. The traffic was noisy in the apartment, but otherwise, we had a good stay!

Property was in great shape, and the hosts made everything on the front end easy with great communication. Would definitely recommend both the host and the property. Great spot in santa monica that is definitely walkable to all sorts of attractions (beach, pier, food)

I stayed in the area for work meetings. I enjoyed the location and the place. It was easy to walk to alot of places for and very close to the Beach and Pier. This was my 1st time in Santa Monica and I would recommend this place to anyone trying to find a place in this area that is walkable where you can explore the area.
