Listing is misleading. No hottub or sauna on the premise. The front steps and back porch were covered a couple feet of snow. I understand it’s Tahoe, but if you’re a rental company this should be cleaned off. Tried to request a late checkout (only an hour later), but they refused even though no one was booked after us. Rental companies like this are the worst, but considering almost everything in Tahoe is through them we had no choice. Very impersonal.

Clean and spacious

When we arrived at the lovely home, it was cold (47 degrees). Couldn't turn on the fireplace for the entire stay. First I was told to go out to the patio to turn on the breaker. I couldn't because there was about 4-5 ft. of snow on the patio. Then was told wasn't part of the amenity anymore. The new smart thermostat was low in battery and the heater wouldn't turn on. Texted for support upon arrival for almost an hour. 4 hours later the home was only 10 degrees warmer. No kleenex tissue to blow our noses because we were so cold in the home. Used up one roll of paper towels. Need higher quality paper towels and toilet paper. Had to go to the store to purchase paper towels, kleenex, aluminum foil, and zip lock bags for our leftover meal. Saturday evening while in the bathroom, the lights went out. Bathroom tub clogged while showering. After running a load of laundry, the dryer didn't work. Went home with damp laundry. Not worth the price I paid.

Some of the amenities did not work and the communication took a while. Overall it’s a nice place but needed some work.
