Jane's place was incredible! She actually upgraded me to the main house for free (omg) so I suppose this review is more for the main house, but I would assume the studios are just as spotless and adorable. The house was sparkling clean, check in was a breeze, the AC was on, and it was so beautifully decorated. Jane let me know I could check in early which was so appreciated, and when I checked out she offered a late check-out too. Sadly I was staying for a work trip and was gone most of the time, but I loved Jane's house and would stay there again in a second! Having the beach across the street is wonderful yet it's so quiet and peaceful, too. An absolute gem!

Our stay in that little and very very cute apartement was amazing! It is located only a few steps away from a beautiful beach! The apartement is really nicely decorated and offers all you need. We loved living there! Jane and her husband were always ready to answer our questions or to tell us where to spend an interesting time. They both are interesting, creative people and live in a really amazing part of the United States! Bernadette and Udo from Germany

Smaller than I expected but superb. Comfy, clean and incredibly responsive host. 2 minute walk to the ocean. Little hard to find in the middle of the night but that’s on me. My flight was quite late

Perfect for a long weekend! You can't ask for a better location, indeed just across from Craigville Beach on a quiet lane and also just a few min drive to downtown Hyannis for a variety of food/activities and the ferry terminal. The place is adorable and clean, but it IS small. We were unlucky to have one day of terrible weather but amused ourselves with various local indoor activities (movie theater, breweries, shopping, etc.). I could see feeling a bit claustrophobic if you were unlucky enough to have several days of bad weather. Jane provided great beach essentials like chairs and towels so our time spent at the beach was easy breezy! Overall a pleasant stay.
